Just wanted to share a quick video on the blog to show you some things you can do with workflows and Zapier we’re going to link this to Manychat using Zapier so basically this is where the email drip sequence would happen with a separate workflow specifically for email once they give us email in the chat. I made a demo email for the first email we’re going to see this image and then if you notice it’s called No crash energy email drip sequence so if you remember that we’re going to go look at that in Zapier.
The trigger to this is connected to our Manychat account and now we’re going to look at the event from Manychat connected to our account no crash energy which which is our test Facebook page and then the trigger is going to be an email opt-in status. When we ran the test it pulled the data so there’s first name last name and then you can see it pulled the data from Manychat and then it does have an email so that test worked. After the trigger we’re going to connect to lead connector and add this lead to a campaign. That was the campaign we saw on that first page and you can see it right here the workflow no crash energy and then the custom fields from Manychat that data it pulled is right where it needs to be so this is up and running and now we can go test it after checking the Zap is turned on. Now go over to Facebook and go through the chatbot sequence and start the chat, then going to get to that section where we’re actually going to opt in and give the email. This is a nice sequence set up to engage with users and it asks them questions to engage with users. This is really cool because it pulls the email from the Facebook account the user has or enter a separate one. Now we’re going to make sure these triggers happened the way they should for Zapier and the lead campaign. It worked and sent us that email from no crash energy so I’m on that test email that I’m using and then there’s that picture we saw in the beginning.
